We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our office operations are well-coordinated.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are secure and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using data and information to inform our decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office operations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
