**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- Greeting and assisting patients with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Managing patient records and ensuring proper documentation
- Processing insurance claims and verifying coverage
- Handling billing and payment processing
- Coordinating patient follow-up appointments and reminders
- Supporting office staff with various administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and dental practice management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in medical administration is a plus)
