Corporate Secretary

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Corporate Secretary duties include and must have experience in:
- Minimum 5 years Corporate Legal Secretary experience
- Corporate records and minute book updates
- Federal and Provincial Corporate filings and laws
- Strong organizational skills and record keeping in both paper and electronic
- Strong computers skills knowledge of Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook
- Good typing skills
- Absolute discretion with confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in French and English, written, read and spoken
- A strong understanding of corporate business and structures
- Detail-oriented and well organized
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
