Responsabilités:

- Accueillir et aider les clients sur place
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants
- Prendre des messages pour les équipes de vente
- Assister l'équipe de vente pour la facturation, la création de profils de clients, etc.
- Trier et distribuer le courrier

Qualifications:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Expérience préalable en administration de bureau (receptioniste, secrétaire, service à la clientèle ou autres domaines connexes)
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Forte attention aux détails
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles
- Compétences en informatique (Microsoft Office) et compétences de base pour la saisie de données

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and French
- Excellent communicator
- Previous experience ( receptionist, secretary, customer service or after-sale service)
- Multitasker
- Work well under pressure
- Attentive
- Possesses organizational skills
- Able to do data-entry and familiar with basic softwares

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
