Berezan Hospitality Group is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at its head office in Langley, B.C..
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet Visitors
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, distributing documents, organizing, etc.
- Provide administrative support and assist department Managers with various projects and employee training systems.
- Distribute inbound and outbound mail and couriers.
- Update digital media and online Website.
- Maintain a tidy and clean office area, meeting rooms, and kitchen area.
- Coordinate office & kitchen supply purchasing, including maintaining stock.
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
**DETAILS**
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Wage: $20.00 to $24.00/hr dependent on experience
- Full medical and dental benefits
- RRSP/DPSP program
