Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- AP freight data entry and bill matching
- Redirecting phone calls that are not auto directed by the phone system
- Coordinating visitors (customers/vendors/contractors)
- Website enquiries
- Maintains various calendars and coordinates booking and setting up of meeting rooms - boardroom or offsite, including catering and cleanup
- Will be cross trained to work in AP/AR/Customer Service
- Data entry, reporting, updating Excel sheets and other databases/software
- General office duties include: filing, copying/scanning, mailing, sending couriers, ordering supplies and other day-to-day tasks
- Contractor management
- Book travel arrangements
- Use and maintenance of office equipment (phone system, photocopiers/scanners, fax, postage machine, printers)
- Miscellaneous office housekeeping (e.g. keeping entry area clean)
**Qualifications**
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills and superior customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourcefulness and exceptional time management skills with flexibility to move between activities/duties as priorities change
- Must be proficient in PC, MS Office, typing
- Accounting/bookkeeping/data entry/Netsuite experience an asset
- Must have own vehicle (no transit available)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
