### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

## Duties:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with training development and coordination of employee training programs

## Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- **Previous small engine/parts experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
