We are a well-established construction company, specializing in high end residential renovations.
**Responsibilities**:
Be an expert in QuickBooks; managing everything from invoicing to bank reconciliations
Bring contracts and projects to life with your job-costing flair.
Have a keen eye for details by reviewing expense reports and payables, ensuring they're as accurate as possible.
Answer phones like a pro, sort mail with finesse, and type correspondence.
Give excellent customer service, guiding our clients from inquiry to post-job bliss.
Find business efficiencies and cost savings like a cost-cutting ninja.
Help us find the next members of our dream team through recruiting and hiring processes.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Highly proficient in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, project management, website updates, and basic social media marketing.
Fluent in English, spoken and written—because communication is key
Detail-oriented like a puzzle master.
Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to juggle many tasks at once.
**Qualifications**:
You’ve got the experience to prove you’re the office hero we're looking for.
Knowledge of payroll legislation and payroll procedures is a must
Ready to groove with a small management team and take on a variety of tasks like a multitasking maestro.

Familiarity with the Construction industry is a bonus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
