*Duties*
- Manage vendor and trade relationships including payables and receivables.
- Oversee clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Front desk operations, providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
- Provide support to senior management as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel
- Strong skills in vendor management, clerical tasks, and general office administration.
- Proficient in payroll systems and budgeting practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
