**Position Type**: Part-time (*with Full-time intention/potential)

**Compensation**:TBD** - Scaled from $25 to $30 per hour, Benefits to be added

**Shift and schedule**: Beginning with - 4-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

The shift is from 10 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday. Works from home communicating directly with and meeting in person with the CEO.

**Overview**:P.A’s do a variety of tasks. They are the first point of contact for anyone wanting to get in touch with the person they’re assisting. They take calls and handle the correspondence and are often privy to important and confidential communications. They look after calendar and schedule, arranging and scheduling meetings and preparing appropriate paperwork. P.A’s support the principal person by keeping them organized for meetings, presentations, book travel and accommodation, look after expenses and may also be responsible for invoicing and paying clients. P.A’s are often expected to run errands and help keep the person they are assisting organized.

In some cases, PAs might also be responsible for supporting a project or production, which often includes taking on a research role.

As a part-time Personal Assistant to an executive, artist, and public figure, you will be expected to be able to communicate and work effectively “remotely” as the employer works from offices in Toronto, New York, Bobcaygeon or California.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for various local and domestic travel.
- As a first point of contact; Assist in the preparation and execution of appearances, interviews and similar activities including coordination with venues and places for meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for correspondence and important documents.
- Processing travel and business expenses
- Basic Accounting; entries, remittances, reports
- Communicate & liaise with entertainment industry professionals, artists and publicists.
- Oversee office maintenance; pay remittances, rent, utilities, credit card payments, banking including supply inventory and organization.
- Assist with financial management, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Provide personal support as needed, including errand running and personal appointments.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects, presentations and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Must engage in and sign a comprehensive NDA** (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
- Must submit to and pass a Credit Bureau Check
- Must submit to and pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Check
- Must submit to and pass a comprehensive Social Media Background Check
- Must not have a Criminal Record in; Canada, United States or Internationally
- Must demonstrate the capability to keep the confidence and show discretion
- Must possess good moral character and ethics
- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language and strong communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional and pleasant demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$65,000.06 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
