**Position**:Executive Assistant to the CEO

**Role Snapshot: Seize** the Opportunity to Shine as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Provincial Smart Home Services In this high-caliber role, you will be the linchpin of support for the CEO, vital in ensuring the seamless functioning of the executive office. As the CEO's right hand, you will often step into their shoes, making it crucial for you to be proactive and ready to represent the CEO. This position demands exceptional organizational prowess, unwavering discretion, and the capacity to handle diverse tasks while upholding the utmost confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for engagements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure the CEO's travel itinerary is well-documented and accessible.
- **Document Management**: Manage and organize confidential documents and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- **Executive Support**: Assist the CEO with research, presentation preparation, and other tasks that require in-depth understanding of the company's operations and priorities.
- **Event Planning**: Help plan and execute company events, including board meetings, off-site retreats, and special functions.
- **Expense Management**: Track, reconcile, and report on the CEO's expenses. Ensure adherence to company expense policies.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and CEO activities.
- **Prioritization**: Assess and prioritize tasks to optimize the CEO's time and ensure that critical activities receive the necessary attention.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree or post-secondary education is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting top-level business executives.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization.
- Energetic with strong organizational skills

**Salary Range**:

- $60,000-70,000_

- This is a full-time position on-site Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
