Personal Assistant to CEO

This role offers a dynamic mix of high-level administrative support and project management across multiple businesses. As a vital part of the CEO's life, you'll have the freedom to streamline all administrative and operational functions, creating the structure needed to realize the CEO’s vision. The goal is for you to become an extension of the CEO—anticipating needs, staying a step ahead, and remembering details before he does. Building trust quickly is key, so we’re looking for someone who demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment in all forms of communication.
**Duties**
- **Communication Management & Scheduling**: Act as the CEO’s communication hub, ensuring all messages are answered promptly and diplomatically. Manage a busy calendar with precision, avoiding conflicts and maximizing productivity
- **Leadership Support**: Support the CEO in staying focused and committed to his goals, ensuring that integrity and excellence are upheld in all daily practices
- **Administrative & Daily Support**: Take on smaller responsibilities and manage day-to-day tasks that free up the CEO’s time.
- **Project Management**: Efficiently manage and close ongoing projects, prioritizing tasks to meet business goals
- **Meeting Preparation**:Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations for executive meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct varied research projects to support decision-making and strategic goals
- **Customer Service & Client Relations**: Handle client onboarding, relationship management, and outcome tracking, maintaining excellent client service standards
- **Event Coordination & Project Support**: Collaborate with the CEO and partners to coordinate special events and projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met effectively
- **Process Documentation**: Create and document standard operating procedures, ensuring operational consistency across the business
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**:Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs.
- **Driving Support**: Drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and other destinations as needed.
- **Errands**:Run personal errands, such as picking up dry cleaning and dropping off bank drafts.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
