Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are a busy, award winning Real Estate Office looking for a teammate with excellent, creative social media and marketing skills, who can also provide administrative support, manage showing requests and office coverage, sometimes during evenings and vacations. You must be flexible with your schedule and have an outgoing and positive attitude. We have some flexibility with hours worked including the ability to work some hours from home.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist agents in preparing paperwork for listings as well as proper electronic filing, and submitting to brokerage for compliance.
- Have the ability to create engaging posts on several social media platforms.
- Have some knowledge of SEOs, Key words, meta tags
- Prepare and organize advertising and promotions.
- Create marketing supplements.
- Be proficient with computers and the ability to transfer skills to alternate software and operating systems.
- Transcribe and proofread important documents and contracts
- Coordinate and manage projects related to real estate transactions
- Assist with customer support by responding professionally to inquiries and providing information
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for real estate professionals
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting clients

Days of work and hours to be determined.
Salary based on experience - position is on a contract basis.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
