S.CN ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by providing administrative support to our employees and management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a Permanent position with a 40 hours per week schedule. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Provide administrative support to employees and management team

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Work Environment:

This position is located in a fast-paced office environment. You will be working closely with our employees and management team to provide administrative support.
