Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client scheduling, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
- Operate database systems, utilizing medical terminology to accurately capture and report data.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
- Ability to operate related equipment efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with others effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to physically perform the duties of the position.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
