Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
**Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:
- Supplier Research: Identify new supplier leads using online resources such as LinkedIn
- Cold Calling: Initiate outreach to potential suppliers, introducing them to the company and pitching our services (strong communication and sales profile is an asset)
- Setting up appointments
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with suppliers. Build a follow-up system
**HR Support**:
- Assist in the scheduling, and recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR-related documentation, including contracts and performance records.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in cold calling, sales, administrative assistant, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in making cold calls.
- Research Proficiency: Skilled in identifying and evaluating supplier opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and adherence to supplier compliance requirements.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft, spreadsheets
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address challenges and find creative solutions in supplier management.

**Support Administratif**:
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, y compris la planification, la correspondance et la préparation de documents.
- Aider à la préparation des comptes rendus de réunion, des rapports, des présentations et des feuilles de calcul.
- Coordonner les réunions, les déplacements et l'organisation d'événements.
**Génération de Leads & Prospection Téléphonique**:
- **Recherche de fournisseurs** : Identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs potentiels en utilisant des ressources en ligne telles que LinkedIn.
- **Prospection téléphonique** : Contacter des fournisseurs potentiels, leur présenter l'entreprise et proposer nos services (un bon profil en communication et en vente est un atout).
- **Prise de rendez-vous.**:
- **Développement de relations** : Établir et entretenir des relations positives et durables avec les fournisseurs. Mettre en place un système de suivi.
**Support RH**:
- Assister dans la planification des horaires et le processus de recrutement, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la présélection des CV et la planification des entretiens.
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés et veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise.
- Coordonner l'intégration et la formation des nouvelles recrues.
- Aider à l'organisation des activités d'engagement des employés et à la communication interne.
- Soutenir la documentation RH, y compris les contrats et les dossiers de performance.
