We are both, the largest distributor and franchise retailer of cannabis smoking accessories in Quebec

Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for being their right hand for the holding group, TRIPP, and assisting them in various projects, and responsibilities as the company's Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting visitors
- Issue invoices, and other documents.
- Provide confidential administrative support including: project support, research tasks, preparation of business travel & seminar arrangements, and meeting scheduling, agenda development, expense reconciliation, and minute taking.
- Assist in presentation and report development for Board of Director meetings
- Chain wide communication and engagement
- Project management on an executive level
- Work with Operations to help manage Top Shelf Program and chain-wide engagement
- Create and oversee performance evaluations
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Translate executive documents from English to French
- Using various software, including Microsoft Office and Sage
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies
- Provide general administrative support
- Answering very few phone calls a day
- Plan for beverages, lunches, dinners, etc. for meetings as requested.
- Organize and provide oversight for corporate initiatives and celebrations as requested.
- Contribute to the preparation of events and possible participation.
- Participate in the writing presentations and communications.
- Preparing and shipping out a few online orders
- Accounts payable and receivable/ Tier one collections

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Very good knowledge of French and English;
- 1 year of experience or equivalent as an assistant, coordinator and/or project coordinator
- Autonomy
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Like to be creative.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
