The Strategy, Policy and Partnerships division is responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resource legislation and policy direction; strategic management of the achievement of the PSA’s transformation goals; leading and facilitating organizational effectiveness and transformational change; and leading the BCPS reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion agenda. The division also provides leadership for executive talent programs and senior leadership reviews, and corporate Provincial Employee Community Services Fund.

**Job Requirements**:

- A university degree in a relevant discipline such as Public Administration, Economics, or Social Science and a minimum of 3 years related experience listed below. An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training, and three years of related experience listed below may be considered.

*Related experience must include at least 3 years in each of the following:

- Experience at a senior level leading major projects of large scale and complexity that have multiple project delivery components.
- Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders and interested parties to support organizational programs. Experience in program or policy development related to performance development, competencies or corporate talent initiatives.**About this Position**:
This position is excluded from union membership.
