The position ensures the design and delivery of initiatives across the ministry are aligned with corporate human resource strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- A post-secondary diploma or higher in business, public administration, organization development, human resources, or related field, **and** five (5) years of progressively responsible human resource experience*. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Related experience must include at least five (5) years in each of the following:

- Experience providing advice and expertise on recruitment strategies to executive/senior management.
- Experience in a management role leading the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects or programs.
- Experience leading work teams in the development and implementation of projects or programs.
- Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders, internal and external clients, and partners in support of organizational goals.
- Experience leading organizational design projects and providing advice and direction to executive and senior managers regarding change management strategies.
- Experience providing advice and expertise on job classification and design.
- Experience providing advice and expertise on recruitment strategies to executive/senior management in the BC Public Service.
