Parksville, Canada Evergreen Exhibitions Ltd Full time

This position offers a reduced hours in June,July,August (only about 2-3 days/week) and maintains almost full pay throughout. Even during heavier workload months, schedule is still 'lighter' than full time and can offer flexibility as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Management of accounts payable & receivable
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Data entry and record keeping
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Various event/industry related administration tasks
- Organize and schedule travel arrangements for staff
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
