**The Position...**
Based out of our Parksville office, we seek a Receptionist/Administrator to be the ‘face’ of our Parksville office. Finding the ‘right’ person to fit into our work Team is vital as training will be provided. This position is available because of our companies focus to promote growth and advancement, this resulted in the current person advancing within the company and will continue to be a pivotal member of our team assisting the ‘right’ person be successful in this role. Items we are looking for in the ‘right’ person:
- Friendly, welcoming, point of contact for client visits and phone calls,
- Collect details of inquiry, and direct to the appropriate Team member,
- Open and sort mail,
- Electronically process incoming invoices daily,
- Update owner and tenant information through our property management software program,
- Maintain electronic filing system,
- Mail out important documents on daily basis (cheques, statements, documents),
- Open/close the office (unlocking door, turning lights on, tidy),
- Various correspondence as required,
- Other support work as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
If you:
- Are positive, and have a friendly attitude,
- Are reliable and punctual,
- Have clear communication skills, in-person and over the phone,
- Can accurately use Microsoft Word and Outlook,
- Are meticulous to details and accuracy,
- Are highly organized with strong interpersonal skills,
- Are ability to juggle several priorities at one time, and
- Enjoy being part of a team setting that is willing to jump in to help, we want to hear from you.
Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
