We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Percy John Flooring Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week.

About the Role

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and other teams within the organization. Your duties will include establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, compiling data, statistics and other information, advising senior management, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, liaising with management, union officials and HR consultants, overseeing payroll administration, arranging travel, related itineraries and making reservations, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, performing data entry, and providing customer service.

Job Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
