**Role Title: B2B Sales Development Representative**
**Company Overview**:Unicell Janitorial Supplies is a leading supplier of high-quality facility and hygiene supplies, equipment, and commercial vacuums serving customers across British Columbia. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and products to our customers and are looking for a motivated and driven outbound sales representative to join our growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and their lead buying agents in the small business to mid market sectors of BC. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and requirements, and proactively reaching out to them to identify opportunities for new business, resolve issues, and reinforce our commitment to their satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers through various sources: You will use a variety of resources, including online research, trade shows, and referrals, to find potential customers. Some lead warm leads will be provided and you will be expected to follow through on engagement activities to nurture the leads into conversions.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers: You will use your exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers in conversations that focus on their needs and requirements. You will follow up on leads generated by marketing and other sources, and use this opportunity to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and create demand for our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to our clients. You will answer questions, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure that our customers have all the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their purchase.
- Meet or exceed sales targets: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by the company. This will involve achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, as well as providing regular reports on sales activity, including new business development, pipeline, and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on product and industry trends: You will keep yourself informed about new products, trends, and industry developments, and use this knowledge to provide customers with the most up-to-date information in the Janitorial, Facility Supply, and Vacuum industry.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales. B2C will be considered if you demonstrate an understanding of the business sales process and have a strong record of past performance. A solid understanding of the janitorial industry and its products will be an advantage. **You should be comfortable doing cold in person visits, cold calls, and other cold outreach to develop relationships.**
- **Self-motivated and driven**:You should be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong desire to succeed and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous roles.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers in order to understand their needs and requirements. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an asset.
- **Strong organizational skills**: You should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have the ability to meet deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.
- **Ability to learn and understand technical product information**:You should have the ability to learn and understand technical product information, and use this knowledge to educate and inform customers.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software**:You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as CRM software.
- **Valid driver's license and reliable transportation**: You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to travel to meet with clients as needed.
**Compensation**:
**Negotiable based on prior experience in varying base + commission models.** **It is worth noting this sales role has a recurring revenue model, the more sales you accumulate and longer you stay with our company the stronger your unlimited earning potential.**
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
