GetGoing is a financial technology company that links consumers in need of automobile financing with qualified dealers across Canada. We help grow internet and subprime sales departments at automotive dealerships by expanding their client database and increasing revenue.

**Position Overview**:
As the Sales Manager at GetGoing, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing B2B sales team dedicated to building relationships with automotive dealers across Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies to expand our dealer network and increase the number of leads sold. This role requires a strategic thinker and a results-driven leader who can inspire their team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying and targeting automotive dealers who would benefit from GetGoing's lead generation services.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing development to ensure high performance and motivation.
- **Sales Goals**: Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- **Dealer Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key dealerships, acting as the primary point of contact and working to understand and address their business needs.
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Continuously assess and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates, using data to inform decision-making.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, dealership needs, and competitor activities to ensure GetGoing remains competitive and innovative.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management, providing insights on team performance, market dynamics, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or financial technology sectors.
- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated success in a sales management role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, particularly within the automotive dealership industry.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive decision-making and improve team performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive change as needed to meet the company's goals.

Pay: $80,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
