**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Cranes is looking for a driven **Rental and Construction Sales Representative** to join our team in **Langley, British Columbia.** As the Rental and Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all sales and business development activity in your assigned territory.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Rental and Construction Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:

- Target and acquire new business for Leavitt Cranes
- Identify and contact decision makers and key stakeholders within prospective organizations
- Utilize superior telephone sales skills to prospect for potential customers
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations
- Utilize the CRM database to record pertinent customer information
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize technical support to solve customer challenges
- Communicate with mechanics, the Parts department, and customers

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B equipment sales is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Management or a related discipline is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
- Ability to travel throughout the territory is required
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized and a self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Personable and confident with a willingness to learn and grow
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license is required
