**What You’ll Do - The Role (Responsibilities)**
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Be flexible and responsive in meeting the requests of our customers.
- Accurately complete proposals and tender responses to ensure profitability.
- Perform outside sales with a primary focus on being outside of the office. meeting customers, building relationships, and developing new business.
- Address all incoming calls and requests for new contracts in your area.
- Promote the Company and its products to new and existing customers.
- Work with accounting for credit approval to set up new accounts.
- Track all quotes and initiate frequent follow-ups. Updates tare to be tracked and listed on the CRM system.
- Complete customer/contractor prequalification forms to help ensure the completion by others.
- Work closely with Sales Team and Service Department to enhance offerings and build customer relationships.
- Travel within your defined territory and build relationships and activity.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time.
**What You Need (Requirement)**
- Secondary schooling required.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant B2B sales experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical theory and engines would be an asset.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Present a professional image to the Company’s customers and suppliers maintaining the highest ethical standard of conduct.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time job working primarily out of our office in Gloucester area of Langley, BC. We are a progressive and modern company looking for another team player who is interested in being part of a growth-oriented team.
You’ll receive a complete compensation package, including a starting salary between $65,000-$75,000 per year plus commission. You’ll also receive full benefits.
