Customer Service Administrator

Aquiform is the largest Canadian wholesale distributor to the pool and spa industry. Aquiform takes pride in its abilities in promoting and growing new and exciting pool and spa products. We aim to provide timely and efficient deliveries to an extensive customer base with the support of our experienced sales force who have deep roots in the industry.
**Position Overview**
Aquiform is looking to hire a customer service administrator to join our growing company. As being part of a positive, forward-thinking team, you will help in our goal of continuous improvement. This position encompasses all areas of the office environment.
We are searching for an independent, task focused individual with a high attention to detail that will help bring new ideas and concepts moving forward. A willingness to learn technical information about our product lines in order to provide an excellent customer experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Processing of daily paper flows throughout various departments, including filing, copying
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes
- Assist with Order/data entry to input and adjust orders, ship/receive product
- Verifying accuracy and monitoring completeness of various tasks
- General office administration duties
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets) and Navision experience (not required)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks.
- Ability to deal tactfully, personably and effectively with Team/Staff members as well as customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a superior customer service approach.
- Math skills (Imperial, decimals, fractions, rounding, square footage, discounts)
- Good recall/ memory
- Punctual
- Great attention to detail
- Work independently & part of a team
**Hours**
- Full time, permanent position, Mon-Fri with the possibility of extra hours during peak season. In season 7am to 4pm, Winter season 8am to 4pm. (possible flexibility with hours)
- Brantford, on-site
