We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Deejay's Auto Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, judgement, and a strong work ethic
  • Organized, accurate, and reliable, with excellent time management skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position, 30-44 hours per week
  • English language, with flexibility to work in a bilingual environment
