We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Deejay's Auto Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining office supplies and inventory, arranging travel and itineraries, and greeting clients and directing them to contacts or service areas.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and time management skills.
