Here are the responsibilities of the role (and we will provide training on all):

- Enter Customer Orders in Great Plains.
- Work with Operations to determine inventory availability. Monitor production schedules. Communicate stock levels to customers.
- Track orders for shipment, communicate with Customer or freight company for pick up and invoice final order.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to communicate customer requirements.
- Work with sales team to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Research, track, resolve and follow-up all customer requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company Products, Customers, Pricing and Promotions.
- Customer Maintenance in ERP, including price lists and processing Credit Applications.
- Maintain documentation of customer inquiries, complaints, and responses for future reference.
- Identify and implement new process plans to improve customer support service.
- Various Month End duties and report under the direction of Controller.
- Maintain KPI information with work with other departments to report to Senior Leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring to the Company**:
Your glowing personality, positive “can-do” attitude, desire to learn and grow to a sales/admin/analyst position eventually AND:

- Post secondary education (asset)
- i.e. diploma/degree or equivalent experience in Admin or Business
- 1+ experience in a similar role i.e. customer service, invoicing, AR (asset)
- Exceptional time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional manner with ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay motivated and keep a positive attitude

Work times are Monday to Friday - with core hours being 8 - 4:30 (some flexibility here).Due to the nature of the work - this is an in-office position and you would miss out on all the fun if it wasn’t

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
