Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Coquitlam, Canada Phoenix Restorations Full time

Duties Include:

- Maintain and regularly update front desk procedure manual
- Downloading/uploading and organizing of claim related photographs
- Assist with office supplies and uniforms
- Weekly Tracking of Inbound Calls
- Train staff for reception coverage
- Park fleet vehicles through an online paid parking account
- Assist with other duties as required

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- A minimum of (2) years previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Ability to operate a 10-15 line telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls efficiently while providing accurate information to a staff member or caller
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written
- Typing (Min. 40 WPM)
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, invoicing, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy with a top-notch work ethic
- Ability to deal with challenging situations and callers with integrity, empathy & sincerity with the ability to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions using common sense and good judgment
