UCSH is looking for a full time **Receptionist/Administrative Assistant** position. This is an onsite position in our Port Coquitlam office.

**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

- Complete administrative tasks related to reception includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers and visitors
- Maintain proper sign in documents
- Respond to various requests and questions related to the office organization
- Input hardware schedules into AVAware system with a strong emphasis on compliancy and accuracy.
- Work closely with the data input team to create a companywide standard on AVAware and Fusion
- Create reports for estimating and procurement through AVAware/Fusion
- Assist with ongoing reporting for estimating and procurement through AVAware/Fusion
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings
- Manage office and warehouse supplies
- Complete all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, including courier services
- Other duties as assigned

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:

- Minimum high school diploma or 1 - 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Communication Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
