Bookkeeper/office Administrator

**Full job description**
We are a small, locally owned business looking for a strong, team-oriented individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper/Office Admin.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete reconciliation of General Ledger accounts to verify account balances.
- Ensure all entries in QuickBooks are accurate and coded correctly.
- Project/Job tracking as needed.
- Perform government remittances, bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Manage full cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Resolve account discrepancies.
- Collaborate and work with other employees as needed.
- Other office duties as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Bookkeeping Certification required
- Good work ethic with ability to take initiative.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in QuickBooks online and Microsoft programs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well individually as well as on a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
Expected hours: 40 per week
