We are a busy accounting firm seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. You will have direct contact with clients, so you must have a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a team player to provide clerical support, filing, collate tax returns and other administrative tasks as required. Bookkeeping and payroll experience preferred.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook - experience using bookkeeping software an asset
- Comfortable using photocopier, scanner and FAX machine
- Ability to follow procedures, take direction and work independently
- Excellent communication skills with clients, in person/over the phone
- Offer a warm and professional atmosphere to all clients and guests
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize duties daily
- Excellent team player
- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday; full-time/part-time
**Work remotely**: No

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
