Office Manager/bookkeeper

Timberwood Custom Kitchens Inc. is looking to add a positive, hard working member to our team.
As the office manager/bookkeeper your responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Respond to relevant customer & vendor inquiries, maintain good customer relations and problem solve
- Complete and submit remittance forms
- Prepare and update client invoices
- Respond to vendor invoices
- Ensure that all payments are sent on time
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
- Update and maintain records of expenditures
- Order all items required for each project
This position must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and current Windows operating system.
Wage can be determined by experience.
