Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Managing the front desk area and greeting visitors
- Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assisting with proofreading and editing written materials
- Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and professional phone etiquette

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
