Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Nepean, Canada. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, and perform other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office software, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
