As Administrative Assistant your focus will be on performing general office duties and assisting the Office Manager with ensuring smooth oversight on running various day to day office and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:

- coordinate service calls and billing
- Purchase orders

- entering/paying bills, receipts, invoices
**Qualifications**
- Quick Books ( Online )
- Excellent Knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe,
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- High school diploma.
**Compensation**:
- Company paid Benefits
- Paid weekly
- $18-$20
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
