Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and other staff members as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
