Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires proficiency in Google Suite and strong administrative skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and maintaining financial records
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
