We are seeking a Support Staff Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in St. Thomas, providing support for office operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our office.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year
This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming communications. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with report preparation and presentations.
Requirements:- A minimum of previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
