**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office procedures and systems, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management, including:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Processing paperwork and invoices
- Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical)
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have driving license
