Job Qualification

Required Documents (to be submitted before start date):

  • Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated Immunization Records, First Aid & CPR/BLS
  • Current Police Check vulnerable sector Screening; valid within 6 months
  • Step 1 and 2 TB Screening
