Job Accountabilities:

The AVP Project Delivery Lead – TDS is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of product(s) roadmap across all Business and Technology aspects of the program with a delivery operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. In addition, the role builds and leads a large diverse business team to effectively deliver productivity, quality and innovation.

• Accountable for driving forward the TDS Data Strategy, including responsibility for portfolio level delivery, stakeholder communication/engagement and change management.
• Manage cross-program deliverables associated with the implementation of the TDS data platform and associated business processes and capabilities.
• Drive interaction and communication with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, TDS and Enterprise data producers/consumers (client facing, infrastructure, control partners), TDS and Enterprise technology, Enterprise data partners (Enterprise Data Management Office, DaaS, Data Risk Management etc.).
• Design and roll-out robust change management and data literacy programs to enable our transition to modern data capabilities.
• Build and lead a diverse team to effectively deliver productivity, quality, and innovation.
• Establish and facilitate an effective challenge process to ensure data considerations are addressed across broader change portfolio.
• Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving business and regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts - provide industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team, business unit, and/or cross-functional groups or committees.
• Establish delivery best practices and ensure processes are in place to measure, monitor and report on roadmap execution and progress (in alignment with Enterprise delivery standards).
• Accountable for key delivery decisions and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision. Delivery decision includes assessment of multiple stakeholder impacts.
• Support Executive Sponsor in structuring and securing approval for business case and funding.
• Establish and manage resource plan, issues, risks and financial plans to support the roadmap.
• Anticipate issues, trends and the potential impact and timely resolution of impediments.
