Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Data Strategy & Reporting to join our dynamic Global Data Technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our data strategy, driving data-driven decision making, and optimizing our reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of our global data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Enhance end-to-end data delivery processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Oversee a team of data analysts responsible for managing reporting metrics and generating insightful dashboards.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop compelling management reports and presentations that effectively communicate key insights and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data strategies across all business units.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of proven experience in strategy development, process engineering, and data management within a technology-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of modern data technologies, including cloud computing platforms and big data analytics tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
