Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketing leader to join our dynamic SaaS Big Data organization as a Director of Marketing. If you possess a strong passion for marketing and demand generation, along with a proven history of managing and guiding marketing teams to achieve significant revenue growth, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to enhance our market position.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics and competitor actions to uncover potential opportunities and risks.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including organic search, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Supervise the recruitment and management of freelancers, agencies, and external partners to bolster marketing efforts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing at a Director or Manager level (experience in Real Estate or SaaS marketing is advantageous).
  • Proven track record in strategizing and managing trade shows, sales events, or similar initiatives.
  • Demonstrated career advancement in marketing with a history of tenure at previous organizations.
  • Experience in hiring, leading, and mentoring diverse team members and agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation and the development of various marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a history of achieving results and a high level of data proficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of contemporary marketing practices and a well-defined perspective on branding and aesthetics.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendors is essential.
