REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of previous work experience in Retail, Sales or a Business Development capacity.

  • Technically proficient with all devices (laptop, iPhone, etc.) and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make strategic decisions. Understand and anticipate customer requirements, based on geographical, seasonal and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building new and maintaining existing relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Targets: Identify and qualify new opportunities with potential prospects. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating products, and providing assistance in making purchasing decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, materials, and features to effectively convey benefits to customers.
  • Events and Promotions: Assisting with organizing and participating in marketing events, fashion shows, or other shows to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties as required.
