Our client, a young and exciting sportswear brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting a dynamic team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven sales management skills which will align successfully in the organization.


What’s the Job?

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of our product line and marketing to develop and implement strategies to grow sales.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Establish sales objectives by analyzing our customer base and forecasting sales volumes.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.


What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of proven sales management experience.
  • Time management skills to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to use company-specific software.
  • Self-starter, go-getter, sales hunter, thrives by working independently.
