Job Summary


Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Cardiovascular and covering for the Greater Toronto Area, we are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual for the position of Medical Sales Representative. This field-based role, involving direct customer interaction, is responsible for delivering and aiming to surpass the commercial performance of the territory through effective planning, excellence in execution, and close cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities


  • Promote cardiovascular products and services to healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, nurses, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists, through strategic and impactful in-teractions.
  • Develop and implement territorial business plans based on brand strategy and available tools, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance within the territory according to key performance indica-tors (KPIs) and adjust the business plan accordingly.
  • Effectively manage the complex dynamics of provincial reimbursement and patient support pro-grams.
  • Demonstrate strong responsibility, a determination to succeed, an ability to innovate, and a mindset focused on continuous learning to not only meet but also exceed team objectives.
  • Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical company whose products and services precisely meet the needs of patients and the medical community.

Qualification


  • University degree, preferably in science or business
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Cardiovascular experience desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) databases and dashboards
  • Valid driver’s license
