We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Field Sales Manager based in Ontario.


Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customers and achieving their objectives to ensure their growth, and will also be responsible for managing sales teams in assigned territories.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of significant career advancement and demonstrated experience in sales, team management and business operations
  • Experience working in the Wine, Beer & Spirits Industry
  • Experience in CPG and retail (grocery) or C&G are assets
  • Exclusive access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel and data management
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Ability to work independently
  • Go-getter and motivated
  • Develop and maintain relationships
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Priority and time management skills


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the National Director of Sales to achieve the sales objectives and targets established for the program he’ll be assigned to
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Manage and supervise teams of sales representatives;
  • Recruit, train and manage sales representatives with the support of the National Director of Sales
  • Organize and implement all training programs for staff
  • In collaboration with the National Director of Sales, set goals for the team, track and report on ongoing performance internally and to customers.
  • Go out into the field with the teams on a regular basis for coaching, training and performance evaluation.
  • Manage the weekly and monthly planning of the territory with all representatives;
  • Adhere to the company's standards of excellence and service, ensuring quality performance
  • Budget management, monthly monitoring and reporting
